Mammootty inaugurated the shoot of Amal Neerad’s latest movie ‘Bachelor Party’ at the historic Maharaj’s college in Cochin. Both Mammootty and the film’s director are alumnus of Maharaja’s college and this made the event special. Rajeev MP, Siyad Kokkar, PM Harris, CICC Jayachandran etc. also attended the switch on function.
Bachelor Party tells the story of five urban youngsters and their carefree life style. Prthiviraj, Asif Ali, Kalabhavan Mani, Indrajith and Rahman plays the five lead characters. Apart from them, Nithya menen, Remya Nambeesan, Vinayakan, Sambath, Baburaj, Jagathy Sreekumar, Ashish Vidhyardhi etc are also part of the cast.

For the first, Amal Neerad is also producing the movie. He himself is handling the cinematography as well. The script has been co-written by Unni R and Santhosh Echikkanam. Music is by Rahul Raj for the lyrics written by Raffeeq Ahmad. Editing- Vivek Harshan, Makeup- Ranjith Ambady, Costume desgin by SP Satheesh and sound design by Thapas Nayak.
The film is expected to hit the theatres by 25th of march this year.
