IPL 2012 Teams Squads and Players List

The Indian Premier League season 2012 which is also known as the IPL 2012 or IPL 5 will be starting from April the 4th and this is the 5th edition of the highly successful Indian Twent20 domestic event and it will be interesting to see how this years event goes about. This is fast becoming a global phenominon and there is alot of pride and money at stake for the teams in here.
 It was first started in 2007 by BCCI and after the success of the first event now its Twenty20 event for the Indian domestic cricket which has gained alot of popularity and people are very much looking forward every year to watch their favourite teams to play. When it started it had 8 regular teams but in 2011 edition two more teams were introduced with Kochi and Pune Warriors making it 10 teams.

However this season there will be 9 teams as Kochi has been terminated and they won't be able to participate in the event. So the players of Kochi team will be available to buy for other teams in the 2012 Auction which will held on 4th Faburary 2012.
